RESEARCH & INNOVATION OFFICE

Research And Innovation (R&I) Office is an operating unit under the Deputy Dean of Research. This unit is headed by a Chief Science Officer and had six Administrative Assistants and one General Assistant, The main role of this office is to carry out the administrative work related to research activities in the School of Medical Sciences.

The main roles of this office include:

  • Receiving and processing research grant applications from researchers and academic staff.
  • Handling applications for the purchase of research materials, including equipment.
  • Processing travel applications for both domestic and international trips funded by grants, as well as managing travel claims.
  • Organizing activities for the development of KPI/KIP, such as workshops, seminars, and related training sessions.
  • Receiving, managing and processing final reports for university grants.
  • Managing the Monthly Research Presentation (MRP) program.
  • Providing necessary reports, data, and statistics required by various stakeholders.
